The best foods are fresh foods, fruit and veg, chicken etc but you can find out more if you click the link above.

You may think this sounds boring but with so many herbs and spices freely available you not longer have to eat bland food. If you are having chicken just by rubbing a few herbs onto the chicken when you cook it can make a big difference. Adding olive oil and lemon juice to a salad makes it taste fresh and more exciting. Add more raw foods to your salad, grated carrot, peppers, raw red cabbage spring onions etc.

Add colour to your salad add flavours to your food and soon your tastes will start to change and greasy food will start to taste greasy. Give it a try and watch your stomach change shape it will be worth it.

One great example is pizza, my families favourite takeaway.

Next time you get a pizza just take your time to chew it slowly and really taste all those flavours what does it really taste of maybe salt?

Now you know why after having a pizza you want to drink pints of water. I have to say if the family want pizza I always try and get them to want something else because I have gone right off them.

So today’s tips, cut down on tea and coffee, eat little and often and chew your food to release all the flavours and drink more water

Help Flatten Your Stomach Recipe

Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients

1 medium cauliflower
1 large onion
1 small glug olive oil
1 1/2 pints vegetable stock
1 clove garlic
a little mace
salt and pepper
1 level tablespoon flour
1/4 pint semi-skimmed milk
fresh parsley

Method
- Wash the cauliflower and boil it for a few minutes.
- Drain and cut it into small pieces.
- Fry the sliced onion and garlic in the olive oil until the onion is transparent.
- Sprinkle the flour onto the onion and cook over a low heat, stirring continuously for about a minute.
- Add the stock, a little at a time, stirring to make sure that the flour mix is incorporated.
- Add the cauliflower and simmer for about 20 minutes until tender.
- Blend, preferably with a hand held blender, season and add the milk.
- Heat again but do not boil.
- Serve sprinkled with a little parsley.

Broccoli Salad – service six as a side dish

• 2 large heads of broccoli
• 8 rashers of smoked streaky bacon, the best quality you can afford, finely sliced
• olive oil
• 3 firm red tomatoes, halved, deseeded and finely sliced
• a small bunch of fresh chives (with flowers if you can get them), finely chopped, flowers reserved

For the dressing:
• ½ a clove of garlic, peeled and finely grated
• 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
• 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
• sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Use a small knife to remove the broccoli florets and cut them up into smaller ones. Basically, this is your opportunity to make the broccoli really delicate and more salady-looking, so spend a bit of time doing this. You’ll be left with the stalk, so discard the thick dry base, then cut the remaining stalk in half lengthways and finely slice.

Blanch your broccoli florets and sliced stalks really quickly in boiling salted water for 60 seconds, just long enough to soften the broccoli but still leave it with a bit of a bite. Drain it in a colander, then spread it around a clean tea towel to steam dry (this is important because it will help the dressing cling to the broccoli). Once completely dry, transfer to a serving dish.

Fry the bacon on a medium heat with a small splash of olive oil until crisp and golden, then spoon most of the bacon bits over your broccoli. Any leftover fat in the pan can be used in your salad dressing. Pour it into a mixing bowl with all the other dressing ingredients and whisk.

Add the sliced tomatoes and chopped chives to your broccoli and bacon bits. Dress it all really well, and check the seasoning. If it needs pimping up, add a splash more vinegar. If you’ve got any chive flowers, sprinkle those over the top and serve straight away. It’s beautiful on its own or served next to any grilled or roasted meat or fish.

Today some Free Exercises to Flatten Stomach. If you want to get a flat stomach then I’m afraid you will need to do some exercise. So I have picked 3 exercises for you to start your journey to achieve that flatten stomach.

First free Exercises to Flatten Stomach The ab crunch

Yes I’m afraid it comes down to ab crunch on the list for the first Free Exercises to Flatten Stomach.

So lets get started

1. First Lie on you back.
2. Then Place your feet on the floor as close to your bottom as possible and place your knees together.
3. Rest your hands across you chest.
4. Slowly raise your shoulders off the floor by contracting only the abdominal muscles, keeping your lower back on the floor.
5. Hold that position for a second and breath out.
6. Slowly relax the stomach muscles and allow your shoulders to return to the floor. Repeat 10-12 times. Do as many sets you can with at least a minute rest in between.

Remember to always consult your doctor before you start your exercise plan.

Elevated Sit-Up your Second Free Exercises to Flatten Stomach

1.Lie flat on the ground with your knees bent and legs elevated on a bed or a chair.
2.Place your hands and arms across your chest and shoulders.
3.Pull yourself up until your chest touches your knees, while keeping your rear on the floor.
4. Then slowly lower back down and repeat the process. Do several reps and sets, whatever number you are able to.

Stomach Torso Twists Third Free Exercises to Flatten Stomach

1.Stand firmly with feet shoulder width apart.
2. Twist to the left and hold for a couple of seconds. Tighten your ab muscles while you twist.
3. Twist to the right and hold.
4. Return to starting position then repeat 10-12 reps, 2-3 sets.
