Well let’s look at some simple cheap ways to Flatten your stomach.

1.Firstly why not go for a walk? A 30 minutes walk at least 3 times per week to boost your metabolism and start to burn that fat. You can’t get a cheaper option than that can you?

2.Next add  more fiber to your diet, cut down your intake of the bad carbs so instead of eating white bread buy wholemeal bread, eat brown rice instead of white , cut down on potatoes and pasta.  Also increase your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables (especially the leafy green ones)

3. Drink plenty of water. You should be drinking 6 to 8 glasses per day. Not only will it help fill you up so you eat less, but it aids in digestion.

4. Eat little and often. Eating more meals actually kicks starts your metabolism.

5. Drink skim milk instead of whole milk. Keep your dairy intake at a minimum because these products can cause bloating .

Another great tip eat a small handful of almonds (at least 6) every morning. Almonds are one of the healthiest snacks you can eat and the protein is good for burning fat.

Flatten Your Stomach Bad News

Just remember that slow and steady wins the race when it comes to slimming your waistline and flattening your stomach. There’s no short cut to flattening your stomach . You have to work at it daily and remain consistent with your diet and exercise.

Take a break from healthy eating once in a while and treat yourself to your favourite dessert. If you completely deprive yourself of the foods you love you’ll run the risk of going back to your bad eating habits. Moderation is the key. Pick a day to have some of your favourite foods but don’t over do it otherwise all your hard work will be undone.
