So could a multivitamin help flatten stomach ?

Taking a multivitamin each day can help you because if you have the proper amount of nutrients in your body, you’re less likely to have strange cravings and eat bad things, but just thinking that a multivitamin is the answer then i’m afraid you are going to be very disappointed.
Vitamin supplements come in a wide variety of forms such as gel caps, pills and liquid. Liquid multivtamins can be a better choice as they can quickly be absorbed into the bloodstream and work rapidly when compared to other types of vitamins. In addition, if you don’t like swallowing pills (which can be hard for some people) this isn’t a problem.

Could a multivitamin ?

You’ll need to get three things in order before you achieve the flat stomach of your dreams.

They are:

  1. total commitment,
  2. a full-proof diet,
  3. and proper exercise.

Drinking a glass of water before each meal may help you eat smaller portions. Also, whenever you have a food craving, before grabbing that calorie-filled snack, opt for a glass of water first.

Eat little and often – between 5 and 6 small meals a day.
