Well the answer to this is yes it can if you do this exercise the right way.

So here is how you do it

  1. Hold in your abdominal muscles whenever you can. You don’t have to be in a gymnasium to strengthen your core muscles. You can strengthen them just about every time you hold in your Stomach.
  2. All it takes to develop core strength is the time it takes you to hold in your stomach muscles for the count of 5 and then release them.
  3. You can do this type of physical exercise whether you are sitting or standing (waiting in line at the store, for example) or read this Trick to flatten your stomach while driving.
