Metabolic Cooking Apple Oatmeal pancakes

Ingredients for Metabolic Cooking Apple Oatmeal pancakes

  • 6 egg Whites
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal dry
  • 1 tablespoon of unsweatened aplle sauce
  • Pinch of cinamon powder
  • 1 Apple diced finely
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking powder
  • Cooking Spray

Recipe makes 1 Serving – 4-6 pancakes

Metabolic Cooking Apple Oatmeal pancakes directions

  1. Mix all the ingreagents together in a blender apart from the diced apple
  2. First heat up your frying pan until hot then turn down to a medium heat.
  3. Spray some oil into the pan
  4. Drop a spoonful of the mixture into the pan.
  5. When bubble start to form place some of the diced apple onto the pancake.
  6. When the apples are set into the mixture turn the pancake over.
  7. Make sure your pancake is cooked through and repeat the proccess until there is no more mixture left.

Should make 4-6 pancakes depending on the size of your pan.
